Buy Designer for Cheaper

I've been a member of Hautelook, Gilt Groupe, and RueLaLa for so long and get e-mails from them daily, but I've never bothered to actually click and sign in.  These sites host private, limited-time sale events for the current top luxury brands and designers for women, men, kids, and sometimes for the house.. at up to 70% off!  I think I was initially deterred from browsing because the first time I checked them out, they happened to have the BIG fashion designers (they usually don't have) like Chanel or something.. which, even at discount, was planets away from my puny student budget.
Anyway, they are "exclusive" in that you need to become a member in order to join.. and I think before, to become a member, you had to have been sent an invitation from someone else.. but now, you can just sign up. If you refer someone and that someone buys something, you will get $10/$25 credit! So ever since last Wednesday when Hautelook sold Revitalash, this eyelash serum popular among beauty bloggers that I've always wanted to try, I snatched one up (I say snatched 'cause for some hot items, they get sold out real fast and I didn't know if it would be or not!) and have been quickly browsing the sites since! I wasn't smart enough to get 2 accounts or have my friend sign up and use her account so that I would get $10 for my next purchase, but I'm happy I got Revitalash for half off! They've been getting in some great designers recently.
So basically, once you add something to your cart, you have 15 minutes to add whatever else you want and purchase by credit card/Paypal and in the meantime, they "hold" that item for you. Once your 15 minutes is up, your items are released back into the system for another buyer. Really simple. They send you e-mails to tell you upcoming brands, etc.. and the sales last approximately 60 hours.. depending... and almost always start at 8AM... but I find that when I get to it (around 10:30AM), 5 or 6 items are usually sold out.
Sometimes they will have surprise free shipping days. The shipping cost is a bugger, though... It's $10 (to Canada, anyway) plus 4% of the cost of the item for "international fees" (whatever that is)... oh well, still cheaper than buying it up here! Oh, and different sites sell different things, of course. My favourite layout, asthetically, is Gilt Groupe's. Very sleek and it makes me want to stay on there for hours whereas RueLaLa's is more kid-like, and Hautelook's is simple and clean. More recently, I noticed Gilt Groupe and RueLaLa sell hotel room rates at boutique hotels all across the world! I particularly love how Gilt Group's Jetsetters page has really hotel-alluring pictures.
Check them out...
I love those floor candle lanterns! I'd love them to line the walkway of my backyard...

Dior New Lock

Dior has finally won me over.
They just came out with a new version of their lock.. and while I haven't even paid attention to their old lock, I love this one!

Dior Phone
Is it me, or do the keys have the Korean alphabet on it?

What's In My School Bag...

Red Longchamp Le Pliage in Large. Love this thing - it's so lightweight and goes with 82% of my outfits and is perfectly casual for school. Fits everything - it's the black hole! On top of all that above, I could fit a thick sweatshirt, umbrella, gloves, AND a pair of flats. Has been done before and it didn't look overstuffed! I literally dump everything in and out.. it has taken quite a beating.. but still looks new. Got it at Seoul's Lotte Duty Free for a good price. Also got the little black matching coin purse not shown.
. SFU clipboard folder with this week's readings and a bunch of lined paper. 2 Korean crayon-highlighters (so coool), 2 pens (I'm a pen girl)
. Pink planner from the dollar store in Korea.. a fill-in-the-date one. Has pictures of traveling (mainly Tokyo) inside that's why I like it.
. Pink Sushigirl keychain from my Auntie Sandy
. Pong Pong Happy Panda pass holder (I use it for my bus pass.. still has all Korea passes in it)
. The best bobby pins from Daiso (a Japanese dollar store)
. LG Shine Candybar cell w/ Tohoshinki 4th Live Tour 2009 charm
. Cenix S-300 8GB w/ Bose In-Ear headphones (really good headphones)
. Capitalism text (1 of 2) for contemporary capitalism course..
. Cheapie $10 F21 black patent zippered wallet with 15 cents (yes.. poor student) and stuffed with a lot of things... like even paint chips lol
. Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer (quite a good one compared to Blistex, Softlips, Nivea..)
. NARS Lip Gloss in Chihuahua
. phantom camera is there. yea. you just can't see it.
. oh and I ran out of the Wrigley's 5 gum in Cobalt.

Agnes B Cosmetic Case (from Japan):
. Crabtree & Evelyn Gardener's Hand Therapy Cream (mmm)
. Anna Sui lookalike comb
. this free pack of wipes for buying a 350ml milk carton @ a convenience store. So odd...
. Sparkly gold swirl compact
. Red knit coffee cup sleeve M got me for Xmas haha - for those coffee runs! Allows me to be somewhat eco-friendly + saves my poor fingers from the heat of my venti Tazo tea.
. Some Scotch tape (w/out dispenser)... you never know
. 2 gum/mints from Japan

I always find it interesting to browse sites like this and this to see what's inside other people's bags. I mainly look to see if there's anything nice in them, to make up imaginary thoughts about what sort of person I think they are (minimalist, book-lover, designer-obsessed, super girly girl, really social, trendy, an artist, environment-friendly, sale-lover, someone who likes to show off, teacher by day and something totally different at night..., makeup lover, cat-lover... etc.) though I know that it's not totally representative of them 'cause that's just their bag for that day. I don't carry makeup around to do touch-ups throughout the day during school, but that doesn't make me not a girly girl 'cause I know to a lot of ppl, I am the girliest girl they know. My school bag is practical... eh eh eh?
Anyway, the main thing I get from these sites is that I'm still lusting a black Balenciaga with gold hardware, a Prada calf-skin (my goal for Italy), and a Miu Miu bag... and that I love zippered wallets 'cause you can throw a bunch of things in without worrying it will fall out (like loose change and buttons)!.. and that I think it looks ridiculous carrying around full-sized bottles of perfume (though I guess the scent does change if you put it in another bottle..).

3 more days until the move! Grarararrar. Goodbye "Vancouver Special" Asian carpet! Goodbye hill! Goodbye sunlights and roof deck that provided us with the unique 360 view of the city, a cooler house during the summers (funny, we have like 5 fans in the basement storage of our new house 'cause we think it's going to be hotter w/out roofdeck), and non-mosquito-bitten sleepovers! Goodbye small kitchen! Goodbye cool marble on fireplace (nice to sit on in the summer)! Goodbye backyard where I held a few birthday parties, chased around my pet bunny, and buried all my hammies and Kimchi the bunny! Goodbye unfinished room! haha man I just realized my room has gone through quite a few transformations! I was 2 when we moved into this house. I remember I first had colourful alphabet wallpaper (with the letter Z, for example, and a picture of a Zebra next to it)... and then when my brother grew out of this small baby room, he took over my room and I got the room next to it which was my dad's office/weight room which I turned into a Mickey Mouse room! I wasn't all into Mickey.. I liked Winnie the Pooh more, but I remember picking wallpaper from Revy (yea, before Rona) or Home Depot and that was the only acceptable one.. and then after, my mom found a matching duvet in the exact same pattern! And I had a couple of Mickey tees and even Mickey short-alls! And then I had a yellow phase when I loved wearing a lot of yellow so I painted my room Winnie the Pooh yellow (again, unintentional - I didn't realize it was WtP yellow until my uncle pointed it out). It was bright and rich - but happy! I had a bit of a yellow and red theme going on. Didn't really plan the red theme (haha), but I happened to get this red framed mirror set from IKEA for a "pop" of colour, everything else happened to be red.  My mom got me red bed sheets and sewed a simple red cloth over my headboard. It wasn't until around four years ago that I grew to like more classic, traditional, and more mature decor. Nad came over and we spent the whole day (or was it 2?) painting my room an ivory-ish colour and I had tons of plans to make it the ultimate room for me with what I had and some DIY projects and some good, flea market finds. Unfortunately, I never got around to it because I had busy summers and traveled around and, well, those are just excuses. I never made the time to do it I guess.. and my room has been a huge mish-mashed mess ever since.
So after I graduate, I will have more time to focus on my so-called 4th attempt at decorating a room (so I hope)! Btw, I didn't realize how long I've been designing. I used to put "designing" as my hobbies back in high school haha. While I was cleaning, I found pictures of a bunch of modern penthouse layout plans and blueprint types that I printed out back in Gr. 8. I had "fixed" the plans to suit my wants and then traced the layout, organized where the furniture, plants, lights, and details would be.. and then I would draw 2D versions as of what that side of the room would look like if you were facing it. Not bad. Then I remember my favourite class ever: drafting and design in Gr 12! I think it was a tie between Mr. Bae's English class where he would spend every class practicing his lines on us (he was a comedian on the side and told really really good stories.. and believable scary stories, too!!). Anyway for drafting, besides a couple of mini projects in the beginning such as recreating objects using the CAD program in 3D and drafting.. using angles and such, I got to design my own house and create a blueprint on CAD. CAD was so cool 'cause you could build a scaled house blue-print style and you could choose from a ton of options - even the style of column you wanted! There was a function where you could make it 3D and actually "tour" what you built! That is my dream come true. I loved that class so much, I was sad whenever it ended because it was too short so I worked on it at home though it wasn't homework. haha it was like playing Sims - I always thought the best part of that game was designing the house and would spend hours and hours designing it, picking the colour hardwood on the floor by its durability, choosing the cabinets.. and then I would make my characters play on fast foward just so they could make enough money so I could afford another fireplace or a fancy bouquet in the foyer that the maid would water lol. My house for Drafting & Design turned out exactly as I had imagined it to - it had a raised kitchen, tons of recessed lighting, a round solarium/breakfast room, four grand french doors leading out to the meadow-like garden, ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom (it was a 2 floor, 4bdrm, 4 and a half bath house), a skylight for every bathroom on the 2nd floor, a walk-out half-circle patio from the 2nd floor, a super luxurious walk in closet for the master bedroom, and huge windows overall. I happily achieved my first (and only) perfect grade in a course.

So yea I wanted to become an architect for a few years there (but then I learned of how much math was involved....). I remember I even took an architecture class at Eric Hamber in the summer of Gr 7 or 8.. but I recall I wasn't too impressed because we had to make our structures out of ugly brown cardboard and then paint it using generic dollar store colours. I always took some summer class/course all throughout elementary school and maybe for first year of high school because my parents had to work during the day and I guess, at the same time, they thought my brother and I needed some stimulation/learning thing. They used to be fun things like pottery, sewing, painting, drawing, there was always a sports camp I loved.. used to take basketball camp up at SFU (that was kinda brutal - they had a lot of excellent players) and Science Alive at SFU and UBC for a few years.. and then my parents made me take classes like creative writing, speech-making... wow I guess I just realized how many classes I've taken.. and that was just for summer. Just in general, throughout my childhood, I did all the swimming levels, did synchronized swimming for a term (hated it so much but it helped me get super good at treading water w/out hands 'cause we had to do it for 8 min at the beginning of every class), joined Gators (a swim club) in high school that was outside of school, life guarding course, did figure skating for a number of years during the middle of elementary school for Canskate, Brownies and Girl Scouts for 3 or 4 years, rhythmic gymnastics for a year or two (they were short, seasonal terms.. we just tumbled, balanced on the beams with help, and jumped on trampolines and things.. I was quite young), baseball for quite a few years (I really enjoyed that), art classes in random years (indifferent), piano lessons (completed gr. 8), theory (completed Rudiments 2), Dr. Chin (I think that's his name...) math where we would practice math contests every Thursday (disliked this a LOT even though I did it with Nad and we wrote notes to our friend Cass pretty much all class.. at least that's all I could remember.. oh and notes to each other, too haha), I was in Brain Child for math until Gr. 3ish (zzzz the routine of going in with my plastic folder with star-patterns, I can still remember the smell of that place, doing that computer quiz that quizzed you on what you just learned the week before and singing along with the simple tune that played when you got the answer right, then completing the math questions (I was terrible at problem solving), going to the dudes who looked like they were in their early 20's in the front to have them mark it, and then working on my homework until my parents came to pick me up. I liked the prizes, though)... and oh yea, Chinese (Cantonese) school until Kindergarten when I told the teacher I wouldn't be going anymore 'cause I didn't enjoy it (though I did pretty OK at 95.4% - not bad for a preschooler who disliked it! I remember drinking grape juice during class, the distinct smell of a high school, and those red-and-black-striped pencils that had horrible erasers at the ends.. oh and my favourite character was "little" 'cause it was part of my Chinese name and "mouth" 'cause it looked like a mouth. I thought the character for "flower" looked pretty, too) and it's funny and interesting 'cause the characters I learned then are the characters I know now - the super super basic. Shows how much you retain when you're young! I guess my grandma showed me some more, after. When I would go to my g'rents house, she would take out allll her Chinese calligraphy brushes and paper and ink and stones and her and she would show me how to hold the brush properly and we'd do easy characters like for "hand" or "mountain" and then I'd repeat after her how to say it.

That's like, half my childhood story right there. Lessons, classes, courses. I'm glad I took them - I feel more... well-rounded if you will. I guess it was part of the process for finding things I liked and didn't like and what I excelled at. My brother got the better end of the deal, though. When I quit, he got to quit at the same time, too even though he's 3 years younger. See, I can't even remember if he went to Chinese school! And you'd think from all the lessons, I'd excel at drawing or math lol...

Gosh, I yap a lot when I'm tired but don't feel like going to bed, don't I? GOODNIGHT

I Got Teased...

by Net-a-Porter today.
mmmmmmmm Macaroons
I can't believe I didn't try these in Paris... I will pay a grand visit to Pierre Herme, the macaron king, the next time I go.
Had my first macaroon experience at this little home-style French bakery (which, a month later, renovated into this luxurious bakery with a darling outstretched canopy and limos out front) in Apgujeong, Seoul . They had over 10 different flavours. The dessert, snack, whatever you call it, was introduced to me by one of my Singaporean foodie friends who loved macaroons so much, she had her friends ship her a box from Singapore while she was in Korea! After that lovely umm.. event haha (making it a big deal), I noticed that they were sold in other bakeries (can't remember if Paris Baguette sold them but I'm pretty sure Paris Croissant did..) and even at Starbucks next to the cash register!
GUH. So anyway, I'm on a hunt for macaroons. I've never seen them in Vancouver. Googled and read they could be found at a couple of bakeries in Yaletown: Thomas Haas and Ganache Patisserie. St Germain and this bakery in Granville Island apparently have them, too..  nomonomonomonom

New Colour Love

I'm loving the soft, dusty shade of pink worn in Spring.
LV has a new colour for their Vernis line in such a pretty pink!
Shopbop featured a bunch of lovely, (seemingly seductive haha) pinks
Can you tell I love their lookbook today?
I think the pink and white combo is a bit too childish, but I love the combination of this soft pink and pretty much all shades of gray... with bits of gold in it. I also think this pink and a soft peach shade look sophisticated together. Mix with sheers and lace.. perfect!
Love the neutral blazer
Stripes (a la Chanel) are back again. You know I love nautical.
And the tweed! Gmarket does have some cute Chanel-esque cropped tweed coats but they fit so small.
Thought Leighton looked good in this shot for In Style. White blazer ^^

I don't care about the gray streak trend noted @ Lovelyish... when I saw this picture, I couldn't help but go "I love the hair"! I wish my hair could do that piece-y look and texture. I guess it's the beachy-style. I think I might have to get my hands on that Bumble and Bumble styling cream or whatever... or mix a bit of salt in some water into a spray bottle. If I cut my hair "short", I'd like to aim for this style.
Pretty floral blouse from Joie! Sunday brunch with the girls, anyone? If only I had $195...
Super Muk Muk love to transparent jewelry. This is stunning. I love how oversized it is yet it's subtle because it's clear resin! This is from the AQUA (affordable house brand from Bloomingdales) -- $60! Just don't know how to get it to me without having to pay for shipping...

Such a cute 2-piece from Asos!

I Want To...

Camels are cute and they have thin necks. Morocco is high on my to-go destination after Greece, Italy, and Japan. Then maybe India and Dubai.. oh and Peru! Quickly saw a short clip on the food network  earlier this morning of this guy who traveled to Peru to catch fish the way they had done for thousands of years. SO COOL. He had to straddle this wood-weaved kayak-shaped boat and go out into the freezing waters (even though it was July, it was their Winter) and face the waves, somehow surfer-like except crouching on top of the boat.. and about an hour away from shore, they throw a simple line out and these fish that look like trout, tug.. and soon enough, they have a ton of fish to throw into the basket in the back of the kayak-boat! And then on shore, they cut it up like sashimi except with bones and all (supposed to spit them out while you eat) and squeeze lime juice on it which "cooks" it naturally because of its acidity (I thought that was amazing). They also add this traditional Peruvian drink and some salt.. and then tada, it's ready to eat and there was no heat required! So inspired to travel to places that haven't been touched by the tourist touch, if you know what I mean. I got to watch this great video last Friday in my 383 class on this guy named Wade Davis who is a National Geographic Explorer (isn't that like the most amazing job in the world?!)... and he was holding a talk. It's so interesting and inspiring listening to his adventures. There is just SO much going on outside our tiny Western world, in the lives of the indigenous. What is kinda neat is how I learned quite a few of these facts throughout my university career and it's suddenly compiled into one lecture. 23 minutes is a lot, but if you can, I highly recommend and encourage you to watch the first 10 minutes and then again at 19:00 to 21:45 for a fascinating short story. If anything, I know the whole class enjoyed 19:00 - 21:45!
**
I think I ate too much today. Had Korean BBQ set for lunch w/ M at our fav. K-restaurant: Dae Bak Bon Ga downtown (read they have a new location in Kits!). It was delicious as usual and service was great. Got half honey milk bbt.. then my newly discovered Starbucks drink: skinny vanilla latte (a tall is only 90 cal and it tastes just as good as the regular.. who is counting calories, not me, but if it tastes the same, why not?).. I also bought a basic French Connection black crewneck cardigan made out of bamboo (yay my first bamboo piece - somewhat trying to be more eco-conscious).. and returned that HandM trench.. Then went to Mandy's bday dinner @ Koon Bo on Fraser and had this 7-course meal w/ peking duck + lettuce wrap and a bunch of other typical Asian goodness. That restaurant is good - I've only been there once with extended family for my Gma's bday. I think my picky Gpa  (mom's side.. yes, love him, but he has strong opinions) would approve. Service was a bit lacking, though. Wonder if it's 'cause we look young haha.
Now, I'm ready to finish my readings for GEOG 321 (Contemporary Capitalism) on the chapter of money, the money market, and the creation of credit-money. Kinda interesting, actually, to finally understand how the whole bank system works in the creation of money, debts, and lending.
For GEOG383, Regional Development and Planning, I have to somehow do a 15 min presentation after the 2-week Olympic break on one of Metro Vancouver's Regional Growth Strategy goals: to create a compact urban core... concentrated in compact communities, with access to a range of housing choices close to employment amenities and services. Transit-oriented development focused in centres and along corridors helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and pollution and support an efficient transportation network and I have to propose ways to create such an area by using ideas from how other cities came about doing so. I guess I'm a bit worried because I haven't researched anything yet. I plan to do so tomorrow. I also have a midterm worth 20% for that class on the last Friday and it's going to be interesting because he chose journal articles for us to read instead of having a text book.. so the concepts are much less clear than a textbook. Gotta sort of pick out the important bits from what he says in lecture and study myself instead of having sections outlined for ya. So yea - the outline of my presentation which includes 5 academic sources is due the week before break.
I also have to write a research proposal on my topic for 362, Urban Development, for the Wed before break... something about proposing a research project about some aspect of urbanization or urban life in Vancouver and then analyzing that aspect by discussing how it is influenced by or how it influences political, economic, social, cultural, or environmental processes. It also includes an annotated bibiliography and a narrative explaining my research questions, rationale, and proposed methods. JOY. I'm looking forward to this the least by FAR.
My 420 class, Cultural Geography, has a required "reaction" paper due either this week or the week after to these ultra abstract Cultural Geography ideas such as Superorganicism, which basically says that, instead of environmental determinism, which is when the environment determines culture which thus determine's people's behaviour (a natural concept), superorganicism is when culture takes the superior position over individuals, it is not a natural concept - it is learned both consciously and nonconsciously, and it is culture that determines people's behaviours which in turn, when internalized, contributes back into culture as a whole so it's pretty much a cycle. Got it? Sorry, long and ugly sentence. So the reaction paper is about critically engaging  with questions about the readings. Doable, but man it takes a lot of thinking! I got another one due after the Olympic break, too.
On top of this, I have my 6+ journal articles over 15 pg each to read each week. Oh and there may be a small quiz for my 321 class.. and a film quiz for my 383 class... but it'll be a surprise one so yippeeeee!!
So anyway, the official moving date is the 6th of Feb, but my parents have been recruiting my brother's friends and my extended family to help move boxes and such. My dad had a bit over 200 file boxes he needs to keep for work in our crawlspace we had to move. WHEW. Our house is kinda skeleton-like now.. bare walls - no pictures. I was looking for cinnamon powder earlier this morning only to find that it is already at the other house! Only my room is pretty much the same except 3/4 of the items on my bookshelf are boxed and gone as are my clothes from one of my outside-closet hanger racks... and 2 tubs of summer clothes. I feel I can breathe a lot better.. my room was kind of really cluttered.. not enough storage space. A lot still has to be done. Moving is a lot of work.
Might sound a bit gross, but I got this canker sore on the inside of my bottom lip and it's obnoxiously large and annoying. I can't drink out of cups properly or sip out of spoons, well. I can't even brush my teeth without being in pain - I gotta be super careful not to touch it... and rinsing hurts. Quickly Googled how I could even get such a nuisance. Doctors don't know - could be hereditary, they say. My dad gets it sometimes. I get it maybe once every 1-3 years. Other possible causes are stress (most probably the main contributor), nutritional imbalance (I think I'm fine, nutrition-wise), and some minor reason. Contrary to what I've always been told, they aren't contagious!
Anyway, so this is pretty much what I've been up to. I won't lie - I'm stressed on the inside.  Surprised that I haven't broken out (yet) or that my eyebrows haven't become catepillars since it's been 2 weeks since I've got them done.  Weekends keep me sane with social outings... I really need them...especially in such a busy semester. I feel guilty that I'm not able to spend time on much packing and work right now. It's really not a priority and my bank account will suffer maybe by the end of next month if I keep this up. Speaking of bank accounts, I'm very much lusting over a few things right now (I blame it on procrastination.. :P): a black, spaghetti strapped maxi dress to the floor (I like the Michael Stars one from last year but can't find it anywhere), a cropped tweed Chanel-esque jacket (or the real thing, especially the iridescent ones from this year's RTW would be so divine), transparent jewelry, sheer tops, black ankle pants, little white dresses, sunhats, and rings. Plus, I'm thinking of how I'm going to be able to afford the materials to do what I want to do with my room! Very much awaiting the 2 week Olympic break. I'm going to be working 3 days at Posh. Never before had I ever experienced a break during a semester. If this school routine went on longer without a break, I would have probably just take a week off on my own! lol UBC always gets a 1 week reading break, anyway... where is SFU's?? 2 weeks is almost like winter break all over again except I have a presentation and 2 papers due the week I get back... I've got quite a few plans for the first week so far. Looking forward to those plans is what is keeping me going right now. Hope you guys are taking it easy. Get enough rest so you don't catch that cold that's going around. I cannot wait to be done school. Seriously.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie - Personal Recipe

I made THE best smoothie today. This is my concoction. I really like my other version, too (using fresh banana with a bit of green on it), but this is just better.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (I like to use the more sour, smaller blueberries and save the plump ones for eating unfrozen)
1 frozen banana. My dad showed me this. He froze a banana that  was going to go bad noone wanted to eat and then popped it into a microwave for 10 seconds to soften the peel and then cut the peel off with a knife.
1/4 cup flavoured yogurt - we bought a litre tub of Danone peach yogurt so I just poured a bit in. Usually I use the cup Danone in Vanilla 'cause noone eats the vanilla ones on its own.
1/2 cup milk

I use the Magic Bullet. That's pretty much all we use it for in this house.. for smoothies.. and my dad makes his version of protein shakes (yuck) in it, too. Honestly, I didn't measure anything, but the measurements above are approximately how much I put in. The good thing about smoothies is that you can't really mess it up 'cause if it's lacking something, you can always put more in and blend again. You gotta cut the banana into chunks so it fits and then blend up! It's perfectly thick (I like mine to be quite thick).

I believe that the order that you put the ingredients really helps in the blending. I put the blueberries first, then the yogurt.. but you gotta make sure the yogurt doesn't cover all the blueberries - there should be a bit of a hole so that the milk can seep down. If not, the yogurt becomes a suction and if you're making a lot, there won't be any room for the banana because the milk is taking its spot. SPILL!  Oh, and you don't want to put the milk with the blueberries or it makes the blueberries clump together which also doesn't blend as quickly. So, after the blueberries, yogurt, and milk, you put in the banana. Lid on. BLEND for about a minute, shaking it in between! Great colour, too... and of course healthy + filling!

Enjoy!
